3、Project overview

According to the site conditions, the project is a commercial complex with six floors above the commercial ground and three floors below the ground (25 floors of the second phase office building are under construction). The site consists of two low-voltage distribution rooms, three strong electric wells, three weak electric wells and distribution rooms of fresh air units on three floors per three floors of 1-6 floors. Intelligent meters will be installed in low voltage distribution rooms, power wells and equipment distribution rooms, and energy management platform will be built by using field network to transmit data.

4、Project scope

4.1Construction content

According to the actual situation of the project, the main contents of the project construction are as follows:

1 Electricity metering engineering transformation of BIF (#4, #5 transformer), 2F (#1, #2, #3 transformer) low-voltage distribution house

Intelligent transformation is carried out for each circuit of low voltage distribution room. Meters are installed to measure the power consumption of each circuit, and the collected data are uploaded to the energy management system.

2)Reconstruction of Floor Public Electricity Metering Project

Intelligent renovation of each circuit in floor public electricity consumption is carried out. Meters are installed to measure the power consumption of each circuit. Mechanical meters installed in the floor are replaced, and the collected data are uploaded to the energy management system.

3)Reconstruction of Floor Fresh Wind Power Metering Project

Intelligent transformation is carried out on each circuit of fresh air power consumption in the floor. Electricity meters are installed to measure the power consumption of each circuit, mechanical meters installed in the floor are replaced, and the collected data are uploaded to the energy management system. 

4)Data transmission

The system construction needs to deploy acquisition equipment in B2F low-voltage distribution room, 2F low-voltage distribution room, strong electric wells on each floor, and connect the acquisition equipment to the weak electric wells of the building. With the help of the internal network of the building, data transmission is carried out to the energy management platform
